Rude staff, pool and hot tub were both dirty, broken hair dryer, room was not clean and smelled.
We had a miserable stay, the staff was rude, the room was not cleaned well, the hair dryer was broken, as was the toilet seat lid.

Location, clean.
Horribly lumpy pillows, only 1 HBO channel current TV program might have been a nice touch. Ours was 2 month old.
It was alright. We wanted peace & quiet. Pretty much got that.

I enjoyed the jet-spa and pool area. The spa was set at a nice temperature, not too hot or too cool. The steam bath area was clean and nice.
The orange juice dispenser dispensed only frothy colored water.
Overall, the hotel was great. The continental breakfast was okay. We'd lost and left a cell phone in the room and, once notified of this loss, the staff people were diligent in their efforts to search for the phone and to notify us of its retrieval. ...read more
